「Room was clean but dated. 1990 wallpaper boarder and Kelly green colored comforters. Bed was pretty worn out. Breakfast was typical hotel full breakfast. Waffles, powder eggs and sausage. They didn’t hold a first floor room for my 95yo mother and the elevator is an afterthought - cumbersome to use so we had to pay extra for the handicapped room to have her on the first floor. That should have been given to us at the booked rate. 」

「No hot tub on site. Pool area seemed clean but we did not swim. The breakfast was sufficient with kind staff that continuously tidied up. The lobby and eating area were very clean. Beds were firm, the room was in good condition, no in-room coffee maker but available if asked. Would stay again. Happy customers.」

「The bathroom needed an update. The hotel was not staffed I had to use an app or call a number. I called the number and they were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the walls were solid so it was quiet. Overall it was good. 」

「Upon arriving we had a very nice greeting from a younger female ~ very quick and easy checkin with a smile. Room okay. Not the cleanest of rooms. The pool area closed down it’s water slide early due to lack of staffing. Was told it would open first thing in the morning at 8:00. Kids raced down to pool area in the morning only to find out that they wouldn’t be opening the slide until 1:00 pm. Big bummer. We then went to grab a quick bite for breakfast at 9:45. 「The overall property was top notch, the staff at check in was excellent, the room was very nice. After I checked in I went to use the bathroom in our room before we went out to eat, I lifted the toilet seat and almost gaged. Urine had fermented in the toilet and made the bathroom smell so terrible that we didn't use the bathroom for a few hours. My daughter requested a hotel with a hot tub for her birthday, she just wanted to relax, so I looked for the best rated hotel with a hot tub....

The reception desk had knowledgeable people working at all times. They were able to answer my questions immediately. Even with a wedding and the EC marathon influx of people, they didn’t skip a beat. 「I always stay at the Residence Inn when I’m in Chippewa Falls. I had to work remotely last week, and it worked perfectly. Last week was also the first time I used the pool and was pleasantly surprised to find that or is a saltwater pool! As always, the staff are great, and the entire hotel is perfectly clean and maintained, They serve a full breakfast made from scratch. It’s really the best deal in town and the best service.」

「The pros: place is beautiful and well taken care of, with a very nice breakfast. The staff were kind and check in and out was quick and easy. The cons: pool was a bit chilly, the pull out couch sheets had goldfish and a blood stain on them (the front desk was quick to offer new sheets), the dishwasher needed to be emptied. 」
