「No hot tub on site. Pool area seemed clean but we did not swim. The breakfast was sufficient with kind staff that continuously tidied up. The lobby and eating area were very clean. Beds were firm, the room was in good condition, no in-room coffee maker but available if asked. Would stay again. Happy customers.」

「Room was clean but dated. 1990 wallpaper boarder and Kelly green colored comforters. Bed was pretty worn out. Breakfast was typical hotel full breakfast. Waffles, powder eggs and sausage. They didn’t hold a first floor room for my 95yo mother and the elevator is an afterthought - cumbersome to use so we had to pay extra for the handicapped room to have her on the first floor. That should have been given to us at the booked rate. 」

「The bathroom needed an update. The hotel was not staffed I had to use an app or call a number. I called the number and they were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the walls were solid so it was quiet. Overall it was good. 」

「Upon arriving we had a very nice greeting from a younger female ~ very quick and easy checkin with a smile. Room okay. Not the cleanest of rooms. The pool area closed down it’s water slide early due to lack of staffing. Was told it would open first thing in the morning at 8:00. Kids raced down to pool area in the morning only to find out that they wouldn’t be opening the slide until 1:00 pm. Big bummer. We then went to grab a quick bite for breakfast at 9:45. 「All in all it was a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the indoor pool was nice. The only issues we had were that the key reader on our door required multiple attempts before unlocking the door and the beds were a little too firm. I will still book with them again, though. 」

「The overall property was top notch, the staff at check in was excellent, the room was very nice. After I checked in I went to use the bathroom in our room before we went out to eat, I lifted the toilet seat and almost gaged. Urine had fermented in the toilet and made the bathroom smell so terrible that we didn't use the bathroom for a few hours. My daughter requested a hotel with a hot tub for her birthday, she just wanted to relax, so I looked for the best rated hotel with a hot tub....
