「Beautiful scenery, clean room, cordial staff, dinner was great, parking sufficient. However, for the all the past hype we had heard the place needs a modernizing face lift to make it a 5 star.」

「The room was disgusting. The floors weren't vacuum, or mopped. There were dirty shoe prints everywhere. The wood hadn't been dusted in a long time. The TV was wiped with a wet cloth so it was streaky. There were hardly any dishes in the kitchenette, one coffee mug, no plates. No dish soap, no coffee maker, as advertised. There was one towel for two people in a king bed room. We weren't even sure the sheets were clean. The security door at the back was broken and didn't lock. Hallways were...

「The guy we dealt with to get a room and food was very hospitable… however the steaks were awful, there was no seasoning used, my wife ordered her well done. It was completely red from the inside. Mine was medium, rare as requested! A few of the wall plugs, didn’t work, the rug looked 100 years old very faded! The bedsheets were stained! The place needs a little more than just touchups on the paint which was done well, I love the vintage look. Even if that was kept, I think they should be some...

「Room was clean and nice. Hotel was good.. but here’s by beef. I booked the Hotel through Expedia as I usually do. Paid in full.. then Hotel charges me $20. I called them and they said it’s for “Hotel Amenenities”. I asked what Amenenities? They said the pool and breakfast. Breakfast is included and I never used the pool. This is unacceptable. You’re going to lose a customer over $20.. not that I can’t afford the 20 bucks.. but it’s the principle of the matter. I may dispute this through...

「Clean and comfortable. Good location close to everything. Was a good stay other than I ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex, went to the front desk to ask for more and the guy working there couldn’t find any?!?! Ridiculous I had to go to a local grocery store to buy my own!」

「Everything was great :) The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and free parking was extra nice. Good location, amazing staff and nice room. It was my second stay and plan to return again when in the area.」

「The location was downtown, a short walk from the very centre of town as well as the museum and the beach. The host was friendly and very helpful, providing us with a map and advice. The bed was comfy and spotless. There was a coffee maker with everything necessary and although there was also a kettle, they forgot the teabags. And while there was plenty of soap, they forgot the shampoo. But altogether, the experience was excellent.」

「It was very nice and quiet 」

「The atmosphere, gourmet breakfast and character of the inn」

「never book this hotel」

「A cosy spot, with great atmosphere, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast. Adorable kids of the owner. Relaxing hot tub after a day of hiking at Point Farms Prov. Park. Great that we could visit the local market and make our own supper.」
