Outside, the villa offers open surroundings with fabulous views over historic Lucignano, a charming loggia, a pool with sunbeds as well as a terrace with alfresco meals and barbecuing, providing you with all the reasons to let go and relax here.

Inside, the villa easily accommodates up to 6 guests in its three large bedrooms and provides modern facilities for a pleasant holiday experience. It also features a tastefully decorated living area with comfy lounging that connects directly to a cosy kitchen-diner with wood furniture and cabinets. The kitchen is further equipped with everything needed for an essentially carefree stay and features a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster and mokka coffee machine for guests’ convenience.

The holiday villa is extra child-friendly as there is in-house entertainment available.

Guests can reach the pool by crossing the driveway and entering the garden of the holiday villa.

Location

The villa benefits from a prime location from where various places of interest and tourist attractions can be reached within just a couple of minutes on foot. These include the Collegiata’s Church, the “Doors” of the town wall and its towers, the Medici Fortress and even the historical town centre of Lucignano, among others.

Lucignano’s position is 400 metres above the sea and just half an hour’s drive from Siena and Arezzo which makes it a charming location from where a wealth of experiences can be enjoyed. Meanwhile, to facilitate a carefree stay, there is a range of restaurants just around the corner; from pizzerias to taverns, guests can reach any speciality restaurant within a minute’s walk from here. For day trips, the Sea of Follonica and the rich historical tourist destination of Florence are within a 1 -1.5 hour’s drive from here. The nearest international airport is San Francesco d\'Assisi Airport, approximately a 1-hour car ride from this holiday villa in Lucignano.

from 15 October to 15 April Heating will be paid to the owner 15 euro per day. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of May 2025 to the 15th of September 2025
