We wish the Air conditioner was working properly, and water taps in washrooms were leaking sometimes, and room was also not clean in some areas when we arrived.
Other than this, the hotel staff were very helpful and kind and hotel Amenities were excellent.

The stay at this hotel was by far one of the best. Antonio at the front desk was so helpful, he went out of his way to upgrade us for our 10th year anniversary. Antonio went the extra mile to take us into town, print itinerary for the rest of our trip in Switzerland. The hotel history is rich in culture with amazing amenities. The priceless views over looking the landscape at this hotel is something out of God’s personal photo album. If you have a chance to visit ask for Antonio and he will take great care of you meticulously.
