"Great for seclusion and get away from it all. For visiting in the town, it's inconvenient. Staff is great, bungalows are great, location is wonderful for a yoga retreat or just meditation etc. It's not so easy to get to."

"This is a 3 star hotel with 5 star staff and service. Every single interaction with staff was helpful, kind, and welcoming. From my first phone call to arrange a pick up to the airport, to the manager, Santi, walking us out to our ride back. My one issue was Expedia lists a gym for this hotel and there isn’t one. In hind sight, I’m glad I didn’t know there wasn’t a gym, because I would not have booked this hotel. I would have missed out on a perfectly delightful experience."

"This hotel is beautiful, I couldn't find any fault, only the coffee was not to our taste. Breakfast was plentiful with reasonable amount of choices. The staff are attentive and friendly. We had courtyard king room, it was very spacious modern room, clean and well thought out design. We loved our room. The pool was cool and again beautiful design with comfy lounges. They have a large pond with turtles, fish and water lily's. They are a little far from town, but that doesn't matter because they have electric cars to drop and pick you up in. We would definitely come back to this hotel it was one of our favourites."

"Great location and comfortable accommodation. Easy access to see morning alms giving as well as night market and lots of restaurant options. The hotel restaurant was good for breakfast (we didn’t try out anything else). Amenities provided at the hotel were great. Full access to the minibar, water bottles for day use and fresh fruit. They even provided us a breakfast bag on departure since we had an early morning flight. Lovely stay during our brief time in Luang Prabang"

"This is by far one of the most beautiful hotels we've stayed! We absolutely love the arquitecture and the furniture. Our room faced the river. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Every morning I looked forward to the breakfasts because they had lots of options, even for a vegetarian like me. In addition, the staff was professional, kind and very helpful."

"The rooms are big and have everything you need. They are not modern, but they are very comfortable. The WiFi is reasonable. Most rooms have a lovely view of the river. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast is great."
