"This place was the perfect hotel to end our busy trip to Japan. The beds and bedding were so comfortable that we experienced two great nights sleep after a hectic few weeks and just enjoyed the area - wandering, eating shopping and baseball park."

"Great place to stay incredible quality and staff. Location is great about 4 minute walk from Yokohama station. Only downside is a bit confusing getting to. It is inside a shopping mall and you have to go to 4th floor. This also becomes annoying when coming to and from hotel as you need to navigate back to 4th floor then use the hotel elevators to your room. If they could add more direct access would benefit them"

"Convenient location to the Shinkansen train station. Older property that still uses an actual key and not a keycard. Price was fair considering the oldness of the hotel. It served its purpose. "

"Excellent hotel just a 5 minute walk from Shin-Yokohama station. Wonderful inside the lobby and excellent view from my room on the 34th floor. Staff very helpful in guiding me through the process of shipping my luggage to my next hotel in addition to storing it prior to check in. "
