Unique, stylish & memorable hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Clean and comfortable too. I'd definitely recommend and use again.

You get out in an entrance to a square. When you walk into the square there are 6 white building all looking the same. You can not see a hotel name or sign anywhere. We were accosted crossing f the square and a gold chain was tore off my neck. And I still don’t know where the lobby was. We had to retreat and phone for an escort.

This is a beautiful and elegant property with an excellent location—just a short 10-minute walk to all the main sights of Brussels. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, though the train station is also only about a 10-minute walk away. Since our luggage was heavy and it was pouring rain when we arrived, the taxi was well worth it. We arrived early (before 11 a.m.), and the staff could not have been more welcoming. They invited us to relax in a lovely lounge with complimentary tea, coffee, and water while our room was being prepared, and they kindly stored our luggage so we could head out and explore the city. We didn’t dine at the hotel but enjoyed breakfast around the corner at Fred, which we absolutely loved. Our room was charming—cozy and tastefully decorated. It was a little snug for two large suitcases, but we made it work with one on the floor and one on the rack. Overall, we loved both the property and its location. The staff’s hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.

Most convenient location to all amenities, shops, trains, restaurants and attractions. Staff members are polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

Excellent breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Loved the rooftop bar.
