「Lovely lodges, well maintained and nice hot tub Only disadvantage is not being able to keep the car at the lodge as my friend has poor mobility. We had been promised the lodge closest to the restaurant building, but we weren't put in there unfortunately」

「Small double room, knightwick, has a toilet that leaked. The whole bathroom and bedroom stinks of mould because the floor must still be damp from the leaks. This room should not be used. The smell was so bad we had to leave the fan and light on all night. This was v noisy but preferable to the stink. Rooflights open all night. The door is a folding type so you can't even shut the smell out. Such a shame because the restaurant, pub and area are lovely and the food v good. Would pay not to stay in...

「清潔な部屋で設備も良かった。シャワーの温水が出なかった日があったがスタッフにてすぐに対応してくれた。ただ、水圧は、低い。」

「Great staff and excellent food」

「Wasn’t aware we had to check in by a certain time. An email was sent half an hour beforehand considering the location and reason we were visiting the area this could easily have been missed」

「Good rooms cosy bar good food convenient to all shops」

「Lovely hotel.」

「Staff could be more attentive around the spa area.」

「高速道路の近くなので車が便利です、ホテル前にマクドナルドがあります。」

「Lovely spacious room with large en-suite. Very clean with water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Lovely little extra were the complimentary chocolates and sweets. Breakfast was excellent, excellent options, I had the Avocado on toast with poached eggs which was delicious and coffee was also good quality. Would highly recommend this hotel. Was great value.」

「Overnight stay with my colleagues - gorgeous, traditional little place. Evening meal was exceptional (Roast Chicken) and the breakfast options were excellent. We had a slight issue at breakfast where noticed one of the cafetières didn’t seem to have any coffee mixed with the hot water - a bit unlucky when travelling with Italians! But aside from that would definitely book again without hesitation.」

「We did not even get to the bedroom. The noise level was so high the barman could not hear us. The area was dirty.」

「The host was very helpful. She was very flexible in allowing us to pick up the keys early on the day of our check in. Despite there being a storm the weekend we stayed, the room was fantastic, lovely breakfast in the morning, and stunning views. If in the area, would definitely look to book again. Thanks.」

「静かな環境と素晴らしい景色であと何泊かしたいほどでした。」

「The room was clean and comfortable- bed a bit low and no armchair to sit in. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were helpful and very friendly」
