"Staff was great but I was annoyed that I called for maintenance to check our AC, as it was 81 degrees in the room, and I received a call back (we were out of the room at the time) letting me know the AC was working fine and it was 66 in the room. I travel with a portable clock and room temperature device. It was no where near 70, much less 66. The AC was set at 66 but it was not working properly. I ended up turning the AC off for a minute and turning it back on, and it worked fine after that. For the first 24 hours, I could barely breathe in the room."
