"I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in New York. The hotel was comfortable, clean and very well maintained, and the overall experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was very convenient for getting around New York, and after a busy day in the city, it was lovely to come back to a comfortable and relaxing hotel. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and efficient. I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton to anyone visiting New York. A great experience overall!"

"Small and humble with small rooms but renovated. No breakfast served but the lady at the reception helped us with a cattle to make a coffee at room, it could be a plus having a cattle and fridge in the room but would survive for a couple of days not longer. The location is not the best."

"We booked this hotel very affordably and accidentally without a refund. We ended up staying there after they refused to refund our money immediately after booking— which was a week before our stay. However, for what we paid ($200 a night) and the location and general spaciousness and views we would absolutely stay again. Housekeeping was rad and room was fine for the money. Beware elevator is not reliable but they had the service elevators working when the main one was down. Really safe part of town lots of security at night with the memorial right across the street and loads of access to all the trains. As frequent NY goers— nothing flashy but absolutely would book again."

"Very clean and comfy beds. 3 different pillows on each bed to pick from. A nice view from the high rooms. The AC could be stronger. But it's ok. I recommend it this hotel."
