「Great area. Quiet and comfortable 」

「Great little spot. Small gated compound with a handful of units near the southernmost point. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Kitchenette and bathroom were stocked with basics. Beach towels provided too. Everything was within walking distance for us. Easy check in and check out. Host and staff were all welcoming and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. 」

「We had a spectacular time in a wonderful rental. Everything was perfect. The unit was super clean and i loved the privacy, yet so close to restaurants and shops. We went to the small bar across the street a lot and loved having the small grocery store next door. They had everything we needed.」

「We loved this property! This unit is tucked in the back so we felt very safe especially with the first door having its own code to get in. We loved having the outdoor space in the back as well as the pool as you walk in. There is limiting parking if you have a car. The area surrounding is great! You are closer to Conch Republic, which is our favorite place, so you’re not extremely close to Duval but it is walkable. 「The property atmosphere is very nice. The tiki bar area had some music playing but it was not too loud so I appreciated that. Conveniently located in the middle of Marathon and easy access off of US1. The only downside I saw was that there did not appear to be space to accommodate a boat or trailer should I decide to bring my boat with me on a future trip. 」
