"Staff went out of their way to find us a room (the one room?) that wasn’t smoky or musty. (I swear I’m not usually a fussy person but I have delicate airways.) The Hotel has spaces outside for people to smoke, which seems like a good idea, but one large noisy family had a picnic and game night out there just outside our room starting about 9:00 at night. Alabama… whew."

"Location is accessible, walking distance of many places to eat and the Riverfront, and 8 minutes from the Maxwell Air Force Base. Favorite part of the stay was breakfast provided by the Hotel. Least favorite was finding parking outside in the street and there's homeless people that approach you constantly to ask for money."

"Room met all my expectations and exceeded them by having PLENTY of towels for four gals, all with long hair to wash and dry. The AC was COLD making the humidity outside easy to forget. The beds were comfortable with just the right amount of cover. And a FULL SIZE FRIG was life changing, making other hotels pale in comparison. Price for one night beat out all other hotels in the area with the same proximity to the beach. I have stayed here before and I will definitely stay again. "
