"The hotel is beautiful "

"My daughters and I were in town for a volleyball tournament and stayed at this hotel expecting a safe environment. Unfortunately, what happened during our stay was one of the most frightening experiences we’ve ever had while traveling. In the middle of the night an intoxicated man attempted to break into our room through the adjoining door. He cracked the door during the attempt. When that failed, he kicked in the main door and forced it open, entering our room while we were sleeping. I woke up to what sounded like an explosion. My daughters were screaming and terrified. I ran to the door, forced it shut, relocked it, and immediately called the front desk. The front desk employee, whom I believe was named Cory, responded casually and said he would send security. It took over 30 minutes for security to arrive. When security finally came, he had no idea what had happened and was unable to assist us in any meaningful way. From our balcony I could see the front desk area and it was clear there was no urgency in responding to a dangerous situation involving a guest being assaulted in their room. Throughout the night there were also intoxicated guests yelling in rooms on both sides of us and people outside our balcony drinking and playing pool loudly well into the night. My daughters are now afraid to sleep in hotels because of this experience. They also have had a hard time going to sleep at all."

"I had a really good experience at Four Points by Sheraton Boston Newton. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was amazing, friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. I got there several hours before check-in and they were able to accommodate me with a room right away, which I really appreciated. Checkout was also quick and easy. Overall, a smooth and comfortable stay. I would definitely come back."

"Great room for the money and decent location "

"The room where clean, but the beds are full size kind of small for the average guest. The staff was very friendly specially the one in the breakfast area, Ramona. At the time of our stay they were rebuilding, but my most concern was that they have a mice problem in the lobby. "

"The staff was very friendly and attentive. We did have one issue in our room which required maintenance, they showed up very quickly and we were in our way. It is a very relaxing atmosphere. We had a great visit. "

"The rooms were super clean and all. The only thing was the breakfast experience on one day when they had ham in omelet and it wasn't mentioned at all. They are a great place but need to do a little bit better with food being labeled as to what it is. The overall location and experience was great "

"Overall the stay was perfectly fine.. Things are quite dated in this hotel.. Seemed to be all original furniture from 20 years ago. With huge entertainment units, a small TV And not one usb port for charging, and that's probably the first time i've seen that in a hotel in ten years.. Just upgrading the lamp's and alarm clocks with u s b ports for charging purposes, and things like that would go a long way and would be a very cheap upgrade. T v's definitely needed to be upgraded as well.. Like I said, it's very dated and needs an overhaul, but the place was clean. The staff was friendly. And all in all was a good stay."
