"We paid $60 more for a family room (2 beds) than a king size bedroom but it was not available to us. We were offered to a room with a double bed. We argued that the bed was too small. The room we had finally offered was a queen size bed. The bathroom floor was bare plywood. The top materials were removed. The housekeeper said it is in a process of renovation. The toilet was hardly flushed. The light above the sink did not work and did not repair upon our request. The elevator was always wet, dirty and had a bad odour. It could not get up to the top floor. We had to carry our luggages from the top floor to downstairs' elevator for check out. The breakfast was good."
