It was clean and tidy, 3rd bed ready made up with everything we needed, although i couldnt find a kettle to make a cup of tea!! But i could have used the microwave. Location wise, it is somewhat remote from the centre of Brussels being near the end of the pre-metro tram No. 39. "Nice hotel, but needs better entrance is needed. I was put ina room against the elevator shaft, probably one of their worst. Im sure there were others available. The front desk man older with white hair asked me twice if i wanted to eat at the restaurant that i was asking to get a seat in. Not sure what that was about. Other than that the hotel was in a good location and clean. "
