Very convent location and lovely hotel

Staff was great, room was clean but small. Street was very busy and loud until early morning.

Hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. They just need to upgrade their towels, which were not up to standards. The staff was extremely pleasant and very hospitable. I would stay again

It is a bit from downtown but really manageable. The property is amazing

The hotel is very modern and 'instagrammable'. It is located down an alley up several flights of stairs, with reception on the third floor. The lift is horrifically small to get up to the reception with luggage. Staff were friendly and the room was nice but not quite as expected (no balcony). It had good toiletry products and a lovely hot shower. The breakfast was unfortunately abysmal - you choose a breakfast meal and have access to coffee and some cereals/bread/jam/cake. While the food was nice, the service was very bad and slow (this is not a place to eat quickly before getting to the airport). Better hospitality and options including decaff coffee and greek yoghurt would enhance the quicker 'self service' part of the breakfast.
