"The hotel was clean & the staff in the restaurant were lovely & helpful and so were the staff at the front desk. The staff around the pool were not friendly at all. The room was very clean and maintained very well, over all an enjoyable experience but they could do with teaching the pool staff to be more friendly."

"Overall, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is the highlight of the resort. There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the beds are not always cleaned or made to a good standard. Unfortunately, a power bank was reported missing from one of our rooms during the stay, which was disappointing. The staff could also be more friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay, but improvements in these areas would make the experience even better."
