Welcome to a spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bath home designed for comfort, privacy, and memorable group stays in central Louisville. What truly sets this home apart is the fully enclosed private courtyard, intentionally designed for privacy and relaxation. Guests can enjoy a designated outdoor cigar-friendly lounge, a cozy fire pit for evening gatherings, a charcoal grill, and an outdoor dining table. It is the perfect place to unwind with a bourbon after a day touring the Bourbon Trail. Smoking is permitted ONLY in the designated outdoor courtyard area to maintain a fresh and well-maintained home.

The home features a loft-style, high-ceiling layout, multiple living areas, and a rare private enclosed courtyard. It is ideal for extended stays, Bourbon Trail visits, small milestone weekends with friends or family. The home comfortably accommodates 12 guests, with a maximum of 17, thanks to thoughtfully designed sleeping and gathering spaces. The layout includes 5 private bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, multiple creative sleeping areas, 2 full kitchens, and 2 open living room spaces across two floors. Pros: I stayed here with a group of friends, and if you are travelling with a larger group, this home will fit your needs as everyone will have their own bed/room, multiple bathrooms/toilets for all, and living spaces as well; there are two living spaces and two kitchens so plenty of room to spread out yet also come together and hang. The property manager was quick to respond, and that was definitely appreciated. One evening at 12am, the keypad lost power and would not turn on to take our code, so they replied to my text within minutes to help us get in through another door/code!Cons:On that note, since there are two entrance points to the building, it would have been nice to have received codes for both doors. Specifically, since you have to walk through one of the bedrooms downstairs to get access to the upstairs portion of the home, this second entrance would not require you to walk through that bedroom. The neighborhood itself is up and coming, but still has a mix of bad spots. The street the home is located on is littered with trash and people who live on the streets. If you are looking for a peaceful night's sleep, this is not going to suit your needs as it's next to the highway and train. With no soundproof walls or even double-pane windows, you will hear EVERYTHING that is going on outside. The walls actually shake when a large or loud vehicle passes by, and you can hear people's conversations on the street as if they were in the room with you.

Very interesting neighborhood to put it nicely. This space was adequately clean as we routinely found large bugs in bedrooms and the bedding was clearly not cleaned when we checked in. We had to sleep on top of covers. Open concept with plenty of extra sleeping space for large groups. This was serviceable as our group spent minimal time in the reservation during our stay.

Close to grocery smoke shop.

Lovely on the inside. Very close to a grocery/ smoke shop and local liquor store. Currently some construction on the street but no noise on the weekend and it made it easier to park. Gentrifying neighborhood. Very close to freeway on ramp. Made it easy to get to the airport.

Smooth and Flawless Experience

Had a great stay at this property. Check-in was super easy, the house was beautiful and clean, host responded quick and helped with anything I needed. 10/10 would stay again.
