「Bedroom is cool, dark, and quiet. The bed is comfortable. You will sleep well here.」

「Front desk and employee were horrible🎣」

「Clean, affordable, close to restaurants and shops」

「I’ve never written a review for a hotel, but by chance someone is saved from being fooled by the 200+ positive reviews that HAVE to have been bought, here it is. This property is disgustingly dirty and atrociously dilapidated. The pictures you see on the listing are absolutely NOT accurate. The halls are filthy, doors with chips and dents all over. Carpet had holes and there are holes in the walls of the hallway. Paint is peeling everywhere. Our room had two large brown stains from a leak...

「Perfect size and layout for us for a long weekend. Location is right in downtown so there's so many things in walking distance. From restaurants to beautiful parks and the summer time farmers market is just down the street.Would definitely stay here again.」

「Good location. Plenty of food choices close.」

「Convenient location close to attractions like the zoo and stadium.」

「Very convenient and welcoming, great location and accommodation provided lots of little extras to make our stay comfortable! 」

「Very nice place, we slept well. Yes, you can hear the restaurant below but it’s very low noise and calms down by 10.. nothing during the day.. not an issue. Great location for dining, and access to Maryville Campus is great. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Great space, but couldn't get connected to wifi. Reached out to owner via email but didn't get a response but admittedly, I didn't try texting him.」

「This property is a MUST for any diver coming to the Loch Low-Minn Scuba Diving Resort facility. It is only 10 minutes away and has a ton of room for four adults or the kids in tow. Plus the large laundry room downstairs was the perfect size for handling all of our dive gear drying out. The property is in great shape and was better than any hotel by the interstate. The host is amazing with quick responses and plenty of references or recommendations. I will definitely keep this on my short list of...

「Everything was great!Couple things that might benefit future guests. A little note somewhere that explains how the HVAC controller is a remote that needs to be pointed at each unit in order to make changes. And couch pillows would be a nice touch. 」

「Had one lovely evening together watching stars outside balcony area overlooking pool deck below us while sipping drinks bought from bar inside afterward earlier just shortly beforehand entering back inside later eventually still afterwards return back later onward though all cozy relaxed feelings built up nicely then accordingly directly after anyway too surely!」

「Road trip stop. Found a nice place to rest. Comfy beds and great air-conditioning made it worth the price. Coffee maker was handy too.」

「Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The unit was beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and truly had all the comforts of home. The location was perfect and made everything so convenient. The hosts were exceptional — Christie quickly answered all of our questions and was so accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. Alf went above and beyond and even volunteered to be our Uber driver to and from a concert for two nights, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. We couldn’t have asked...

「WiFi connection held strong, making it easy to catch up on work while away from home. The table and desk in-room helped get things done efficiently.」

「Be warned, this property is falsely ranked as a 10 and is an Expedia recommendation but the hotel is horribly maintained and disgusting. Had we not arrived at 2am we would not have stayed. Lobby has water leaks in sealing and no elevator, Our room had cigarette burns and tears in the bedding, stains on all the pillows, lamp shades were busted, mold in the shower, bathroom was torn up like an animal was left inside, sink had not stopper and water pressure/fossette was so bad it sprayed...
