Modern 2BR in Great Location (202)

Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located space! Walking distance to downtown Maryville, numerous restaurants, shopping, and more, while still only being a short drive to the Smoky Mountain National Park.
This unit has beautiful exposed brick, original hardwood floors, coupled with being newly renovated, modern, and with all the comforts of home. We'd love for you to be our guest!

This unit has two good-sized bedrooms, each with queen beds and televisions. There are two sleeper sofas in the living room, a full kitchen, a breakfast bar, and a full bathroom.

You have access to the entire unit. as well as access to the laundry room.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The unit was beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and truly had all the comforts of home. The location was perfect and made everything so convenient.The hosts were exceptional — Christie quickly answered all of our questions and was so accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. Alf went above and beyond and even volunteered to be our Uber driver to and from a concert for two nights, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!
