"Old world SFO without the Chintz! Close to Market, the BART, the Metro , Union Square, the Convention Center. Wonderful restaurant. Definitely where I would return to!"

"The place is clean and safe and well located. The staff are friendly. I’m updating review after multiple stays because: The digital system doesn’t work and requires more staff effort to go back and fix errors. Trying to save money by skimping on little things is obvious: the fancy coffee maker in the guest lobby is always out of milk, the fancy refillable shampoo and soap dispenser in each shower is broken because it’s cheaply made. The elevators are often not working."

"The room was dated. The carpets were stained, so was the bathroom door frame. The hallways were dark and dim. The front lobby area was nice, light and looked nice. I thought the parking fee they charge their guests was absurd. I won’t ever be coming back I’m sorry to say."

"This is an older property that has not been well maintained. There were several chips in paint and areas needing to be repainted. The walls are thin and we could clearly hear people in the next room. The bed was uncomfortable and hard to sleep in. I woke up in the middle of the night to a strong smell of Marijuana smoke. Not sure if it cane through the ventilation or from the adjoining room door, but it was as strong as someone smoking in the room. The room entry is cramped and getting in and out of the closet, bathroom, and main door were like a puzzle that made it difficult for two people to get ready to go out at the same time."

"The front desk staff could use a lot of training on consistency and not misleading guests. The managers don't respond and even though they have in house texting, they don't respond on that as well. Poorly managed hotel. Otherwise other staff were all very polite"
