「Great welcome snd follow up by John. The place is worn, but notbdirty. Nice breakfast. Laundry room. Parking is a challenge. I'd stay again. 」

「We had a great 3 day stay at the Farmers Arms. The staff were very friendly and provided us with a fantastic breakfast everyday. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, there were tea and coffee making facilities which were replenished every day. St Merryn is a beautiful village with Harlyn and Constantine being some of the best beaches in the country in my opinion. We will definitely be heading back soon.」

「Absolutely brilliant b&b with great food, staff and close to harbour beach and costal paths. The only disappointing part of the stay is that breakfast does not start until 9am, which for us was too late as we needed to get on with the day. If breakfast is a 8am start would have given the b&b a 5star. 」

「小さな村のとても静かなホテルでした。 部屋はこじんまりとしていて、洗面台とクローゼット、テレビとお湯を沸かすポットがありました。 お風呂は部屋の外にありましたが、シャワーがなく、バスダブだけでちょっと戸惑いました。。 でもちゃんと掃除が行き届いていたので、くつろげました。 ホテルの場所は分かりやすいので迷わずたどり着けました。 近くにレストランもいくつかあるので食事にも困らないです。 ただカードが使えない所が多いので、現金を持っていた方が心配ないと思います。 オーナーはいい人で、私は雨に濡れていたので、ドライヤーとアイロンをかして欲しいというと快く貸してくれました。 朝食がイングリッシュブレックファーストでちゃんとしていました。 この辺りに行くならお薦めです。」

「Great base for travelling around. Comfort able room. Excellent food in resturant. Breakfast was continental, which wasn't a problem, but should have been advertised as that really. 」

「Friendly pub owner and operators, as well as local crowd made the experience enjoyable. Room was clean and contained necessities. Nothing fancy, and could do with a little updating, but all was fine. I didn't order food, but the owner offered to make a sandwich, even though it was after serving hours. I think listing said there was parking on site. It's actually street parking, which isn't guaranteed. 」

「The proprietors were welcoming and very helpful with dietary intolerances. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was tasty and plentiful, proper food, not that novelle cuisiine nonsense. The beer was well-brewed and truly tasty. The parking was a bit cramped but nothing that any reasonably competent driver could not cope with. We would definitely stay there again.」

「A perfect property for two persons wanting to relax in a peaceful environment with plenty of local walking options, and a great view of the river from the breakfast area and outdoor terrace. You can waste hours just sitting and watching the ebb and flow of the tide! Great food at the local pub which is about 30 seconds walk away!」

「Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
