This beautiful mountain view house in a quiet, safe North Thousand Oaks neighborhood offers 3 bedrooms 2 baths in the main house, plus an attached studio with a bath, totaling 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.

Only daytime events for up to 25 people are allowed with an extra fee, and maximum 10 people during Quiet hours.

- Quiet hours: from 11 PM to 7 AM.
- Private events $500 extra per day.
- Commercial events such as film, photography $1000 extra per day.
- Pet fee: $200 per pet per stay.
- Mailbox is not available.

- Bedroom One: queen bed, Nectar mattress, desk & chair, walk-in closet, attached bath with shower. Panoramic Mountain View through glass sliding doors.
- Bedroom Two: queen bed, Nectar mattress, desk & chair, walk-in closet. Panoramic Mountain View through glass sliding doors.
- Bedroom Three: queen bed, Nectar mattress, smart TV, desk, wall-in closet.
- Room Four: Converted from garage. Kitchen sink, Fridge, Microwave, Dining table, Full size bed, IKEA sleeper couch, attached full bath with shower.
- Third bathroom in living room: Full bath with bathtub.

Do not do drugs or smoke interior. You will be charged $300 if you smoke cigarettes, weed, or use any other drugs in the house.

A maximum of 8 people is allowed during quiet hours. Outside of quiet hours, up to 25 people are permitted for events, which must end by 10 PM.

Please checkout on time. If you check out late, a $50 per hour late fee will be applied until you vacate the property.

Allenbach wedding

Everything was great, we had a wonderful time. thank you for allowing early check-in. Just a couple suggestions, I couldn't download the manual on my phone, so maybe leave a binder with hard copy in it to make sure we didn't miss anything. And supply just a few drinking bottles of water or a Brita type water filter. With people traveling you never know how different water sources will effect someone. Thank you again.
