Lord's Cricket Ground

The property was in a nice neighborhood. Our room was in the basement which was poorly ventilated. The laminate floor was water damaged and breaking apart. The bathroom was dirty and the shower didn’t work properly. We notified the front desk on Friday, but it was never fixed through our stay the following Thursday. We were asked to use the common bathroom two floors up. There was no linen service for the week. Because of the poor ventilation, no air conditioning, or screen on the window, there was no real way to cool or dehumidify the room. Leaving the window completely open to bugs or other was not an option. It was difficult because of the heat wave and general lack of comfort s, which we do realize is a regional norm.

Wouldn’t recommend a stay here with all the options in London. The staff were really unfriendly and not helpful. It was obvious they didn’t want to be there. The rooms were very small and cramped. There were no cups or water in the room. No basics that rooms usually offer. Just overall below average experience. Not worth the price.
