Was pleasantly surprised. What struck me was the effort the employees exhibited at this hotel. I have stayed at the plaza in nyc and felt this hotel was nicer than that as well as the ritz in phl.

Make sure you go see The Grotto before you leave the Gardens. This is near the Main Fountain Garden but you can easily miss it if you will not explore.

Beautiful gardens. Bring comfy shoes. Lots of walking and water if its hot. Food onsite is very good.
