"Extra charges and front desk staff were very rude and disrespectful. I requested the manager. Front desk staff tried to shame me for using a 3rd party to book at a lesser cost, and I should have booked directly with the hotel and paid the regular cost." No room servicing at all. Had to call and request amenities daily. Needed maintenance to come service the toilet that would not flush. The phone in the room did not work to call for service. Had to go to the front desk every day to request clean towels."

"the DUNKIN DONUTS was out off a lot of things, people one lady ordered a few things and they had no way to carry there coffee also out of creamers"

"Showboat should be much better by now with the arcade, waterpark, and condo upgrades—but it’s not. The investment clearly didn’t extend to the rooms. No coffee maker, outdated TVs, and $26 just to rent a microwave—things that used to be standard. Even parking is no longer included in the resort fee. Completely ridiculous."
