Amazing stay, everyone and everything was exceptional. The hotel has a history of opulence and luxury, and it did not disappoint, and the staff are the real heartbeat of this iconic hotel. A small broken (span but didnt move side to side)fan provided that pushed the warm air around and the next morning fans had been put in the corridor. ..."
