"Room was very clean. Beach area was perfect, chairs included on the beach made it very nice. Pool was perfect, warm and kept well maintained. Shortly after check in our refrigerator was not working, owner did communicate back regarding issue fairly prompt. Unfortunately the refrigerator issue did not get resolved until 1:00 in the afternoon the day before check out (5 days later). While I do understand things happen, there is no one on site to resolve issues. Not having a working refrigerator with small children with minimal quick food options near made it very difficult. On top of losing 250 worth of groceries the first day we were there. While overall the condo was nice and what we had exactly the minor issue not getting resolved in a timely manner due to no staffing significantly altered our trip. "
