We opted out of that but they still provided us everything we needed; towels, more toilet paper, etc. Any staff member we met was nothing but kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They were excellent. The resort was beautiful and sat on a breathtaking beach with the mountains right beside it. Our view couldn’t have been any better. "
