AC was very good the balcony was a plus with excellent view. The hotel needs an upgrade other than that the location was perfect, close to shopping, food, cruise, ships and the airport. The staff were helpful and courteous. The cleaners did a good job in the room.

Location was good and the room was large. It seemed like there was too much space in the room, and it had a balcony. Reception was helpful and was able to assist with booking a taxi for an early flight. The bed and pillows were ok, but not exceptionally comfortable, and the AC worked extremely well. Unfortunately, none of the nearby atms accepted us cards, which made it hard to get currency and places close early, so by the time I arrived I couldn't find food and went to bed hungry.

The Heritage is right downtown with easy access to food and shopping. The facility is older but the rooms are large and clean.

The location in downtown St. John’s is useful for food and shopping (noting most places are closed on Sundays and holidays). Rooms are large and often have an equally capacious balcony. But the spaces are a bit run down: the towels were filthy - grey rather than white - and there was a thin rime of dirt inside the kettle and no way to clean it out. Hot drinks were off the menu. Finally, our room overlooked a bar that played live music until very late. Perhaps ask for a room facing away from the bar.

The hotel had an excellent location. The room was very spacious but the blanket on the bed was not clean and there was dark glue residue behind the toilet which leaked. Breakfast was good and the waitress was friendly.

Wonderful hotel, ideally located

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the spectacular restaurant Cuties and the Heritage Quay. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Rooms were large, Staff is excellent! location was fantastic near great restaurants and shopping. I loved that the staff recommended me to Wine House restaurant and I enjoyed one of the best meals ever!!! thank you staff. the only thing that would have made it better is if the hot water in the shower was a little hotter. I will be returning there on my next business trip!!!

The workers were excellent honestly the room was clean and well fresh the workers were friendly and willing to help there’s someone and the desk 24 hours a day they had security all day and night there was a Jamaican security I was waiting to check I at 2 he took my bags and brought it in side my stay was good they make you feel at home you don’t have to wait for along time to check in I love there I will go there again any time thank you Expedia. Staff were helpful and good customer service. The room itself was OK very basic needs of a fresh decoration. Very out dated, balcony door didn't lock, room door didn't have a dead lock or a lock bolt just a privacy door lock. Door frame was chipped by previous DIY, door was very loose to the frame. Happy to stay there for one night to catch a cruise after delay but won't stay any longer than that. Local area was a ghost town but was told because its Sunday. Think area would be a ghost town if there isn't a cruise ship in port.

This is an older hotel, not too far from the docks. You can see the cruise ships from your balcony. It was clean and accessible with ramps outside and an elevator. It is right across the street from cute little shops and a few restaurants. Every place I went into took USD. Need to be careful crossing the street. Cars come flying over the hill sometimes! Staying there was great…part of the adventure!
