"For such an expensive hotel, I was very disappointed. When arrived, I waited online for over 30 minutes before checking in, which was pretty annoying after such a long trip to the hotel. I was on the highest which were great for views but, the wait for an elevator was ridiculous. The curtains and couch had stains on it. And the shower had someone’s hair in the drain and on the walls. Also, the toilet looked as if it were not properly cleaned. One night I ordered food, and when I made my way to the lobby, I was given a lot of attitude from the receptionist behind the desk. I had always wanted to stay at this hotel and now that I have, I realized I wasn’t missing out on anything. I will not be staying at this hotel location again."
