"My brother and I did a sibling trip and stayed here for 6 nights. Overall we enjoyed the stay very very much! The hotel has a very old timey classy vibe which I loved. The front & cleaning staff were very kind, helpful and welcoming through our stay. The hotel itself is in a great location! Close enough to be “in” Times Square but not so close that you’re in the chaos that is Times Square. The room & bathroom were very spacious and the windows were big enough to let in the crisp breeze if the room ever got too warm. Checking in/out was super quick and easy with the front desk staff and they even offer flat rates to the airport which is super convenient. I would 100% stay here again during future travels to NYC."

"Great location & staff was great. Only complaint is long wait for elevators, especially if bus loads of people arrive. May I suggest to get a room on lower floors so you can take stairs as option. Wish I knew this before I was stuck up on the 39th floor. Lol!"

"This is a great place to stay. Alexandra made my birthday feel special. Only down side is food is way expensive and beware 20% service fee so you don’t accidentally pay extra for tip."

"Construction made things challenge but did not take away from the experience. Biggest co cern was the last three days of our stay the hotel switched to heat and the room was very hot!"
