「It was a good day overall. Withdraw out of state state there as we were coming through the room was clean. On the way home we stayed again and it was very obvious. The carpet had not been vacuum so it made you wonder about other things being wiped down. We have a toddler so it’s very important to us to make sure the carpet is clean. It would be nice to offer rooms that do not have carpet. Staff was friendly.」

「Quiet motel a little further from the interstate if you want to avoid road noise. Comfortable bed. Bathroom (toilet) had not been cleaned prior to our stay and was just covered (partially) with a towel to maybe hide the lack of cleaning ? Breakfast is in a tiny cramped room and is packaged food, cereal, and yogurt. It’s a place to sleep but not worth the 8-9 star reviews they supposedly. 」

「Clean room plus adjoining room which was nice since it was my sis and brother-in-law traveling with me. Pet friendly for our small dog. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast and coffee was delicious! Would definitely stay here again! Bed was comfortable, and bathroom was very clean!」

「Staff is SO kind and helpful. James was on premises when we checked in late, he helped us with everything and let us know about the amenities in the area as well. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We stayed in the “guest house” and it was incredibly comfortable and clean. Had easy access to a full kitchen, a nice hot shower, and washer/dryer. We loved talking to the other guests, I really can’t recommend this spot enough. We will 100% be coming back if in the area. 」

「チェックイン時、Hotels.comで予約したクレジットカード番号が違うと言われました。同サイトに登録したカードを提示したにも関わらず。。。 予約した禁煙ルームは２階でしたが、１階は喫煙ルームエリアらしく廊下にもタバコの臭いが充満していて通り抜けるだけで不快でした。なぜ喫煙ルームエリアを最上階である３階にしていないのか疑問です。 部屋は一見良さげでしたが、バスルームに置かれたタオルの上に蜘蛛が這っていました。ドライヤーホルダーがしっかり固定されていない、エアコンの音が思いのほか大きいなど気になる点がいくつかありました。 正直良い印象は残念ながら残りませんでした。」

「We were initially put in a room that clearly smelled like smoke. My wife asked that we be moved to a different room. The first room they showed her smelled strongly like dog poop. The next room was fine, and we were grateful that the staff helped. The hallway smelled like smoke, which was not good. Our room wasn’t made up in the three days we stayed.
