No geral tudo bem, achei o valor um pouco alto por não ter serviço de quarto e o estacionamento ser a parte. Alguns detalhes nos produtos de higiene, só possuía 1 pequeno sabonete e shampoo apenas. Sem sabonete líquido para lavagem das mãos na pia, nem álcool gel no quarto e nem pasta de dentes.

Descaso da recepcionista no check-in

Péssimo atendimento da recepcionista no check-in. Em nossa reserva foi descrito que havia estacionamento disponível. Entretanto, ao chegar no hotel nos informaram que não tinha vaga!! Tive que deixar o carro na rua! Nao se pode anunciar que há estacionamento disponível (mesmo que pago a parte) e quando o cliente chega, dizer que não tem vaga! Jamais teria reservado o hotel se não tivesse estacionamento! O pior foi a total falta de vontade da recepcionista de tentar minimizar o ERRO do estacionamento. Nenhuma compensação foi proposta para compensar o descaso com o cliente. SE NÃO HÁ VAGA SUFICIENTE PARA TODOS OS CLIENTES, NÃO ANUNCIEM COMO ESTACIONAMENTO DISPONÍVEL!
