St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel, London
Didn’t receive a room upgrade or even the option to do so when we arrived. The hotel was beautiful but under construction which was also not disclosed when booking.

Strand Palace Hotel
Staff were professional and friendly. The room was a single room but had everything I needed. The chocolate was a lovely touch - thank you!

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
Hotel is in a great location, lobby is really smart and everything clean enough. Only issue is the room is very dated nowadays. Bathroom very tired also. Needs updating.
