What a great apartment to stay in while in London! We appreciated the great communication including when we asked ahead of time about the laundry situation. There are multiple great pubs within a block of this location and you can get to lots of shopping and sights with short to modest walks. The only minor challenge was that the actual front door was a little challenging to find and would have benefited from some signage or perhaps a picture in the check-in instructions. But the actual apartment was great and was a comfortable place for my family and me to finish our week in London.

Very nice and clean property. Communication can be a bit quicker as we had trouble with the dryer, which we never found how it worked. We had to leave with damp cloth as we did not receive an answer on time on how to dry the clothes. Also, for older people, be aware that this is an apartment complex and as such, there are no elevators and you have to bring your luggage up the stairs to reach your flat. Overall, clean and nice property, good restaurants all around and close to Oxford Street and the tube stations. Would stay again.

The property was right in the middle of soho so it was very convenient for shopping, food, and drinking. Flat 9, specifically, looked recently renovated which was nice ,but the flat could have been a bit cleaner prior to our arrival (hair on the bed, mold in the shower, streaky mirrors, dust and dirt, etc.) Customer service for this property was extremely difficult to work with. They originally gave me the wrong access code for the door lock and processed to give attitude when I called regarding this issue. The emergency contact agent was rude, redundant, made it more difficult to check in. I could not get in the flat until one hour later they finally told us the correct code.

This was a very centrally located flat. It was clean and easy to access. We have older kids, but still felt safe for them to walk around by themselves. I would defiantly stay here again, if we are ever in London.

Too cold

The apartment wasn't heated properly. The maximum it would go was 21 Celsius and the bedroom was 17 Celsius (January), which is ridiculous. We contacted the owner, and they said they made sure it was on the highest setting was there was no change. Too bad because the apartment is beautiful and clean, but for this price the heat should work.

I only stayed one night out of the two I paid for. It was impossibly hot in the flat. Please do not write a comment in response about fans being provided. The fan is incredibly noisy - so you can choose to not be able to sleep because of the heat or because of the noise of the fan. I stayed in the apartment in mild September (19c during day and 14c at night. It was 26c in the flat). What temperature does the apartment reach during the summer months? Other negatives- winter duvet cover, foam pillows, Venetian blinds which do not block out street lights, flat overlooked road on first floor (zero privacy), noise in corridor from other guests, etc, etc. The bottom line is I paid circa £480 for one awful night’s sleep.
