Disliked: Amenities
I booked two nights knowing I was taking a red eye flight in from the states and needed to check in in the morning and shower before heading to the office. They had logged me as a no show and had to reinstate the reservation when I arrived. Granted I did not call to let them know why I did this but they didn’t reach out either. That said they did get me a room but it was a handicap accessible room with and open shower that flooded the entire bathroom when used. I mentioned this to them in passing but didn’t have time to request a different room due to my work commitments. The sheets on the bed are were clean but thin and barely kept me warm. This would have been passable if the room cost 100 GBP a night but it was over 700. Sure London is expensive but this place doesn’t come close to being worth what it costs. Oh and both of the elevators were broken so I have to go up three flights of stairs with mt luggage.
difficult area to find the hotel, hotel is hidden in a construction blocked area, Google Maps doesn't help going into the hotel it actually gets you lost because of the blocked streets and passagewasy.
If you don't have to be in that area please avoid the this hotel a total nightmare during the worst time in the evening after UK airport shutdown Sep 08.
Fist time visitors to the Euston Rd area do not book this hotel you will be getting lost.

Great location and room was lovely! Good value for money and great to a have a gym on site.
Just a shame the bar closed so early. We came back just after 10pm on Friday night (21/08) to have a drink with my son who had come to see us but the bar was closed.
Other than that would defo recommend - don’t be put off by the HS2 works at Euston. We heard no construction noise. Staff were really welcoming as well. Defo will be staying again!

The hotel is good and perfect if you are attending to a concert at koko, but the room does not have a mini fridge (it didn't bothered me because it was just for one night, but also the curtains don't go up when I tried to put up after waking up and the bedside Lampshade is falling apart but working.
This is an old hotel that appears to have had an architecturally awkward addition at some point. As a result, it’s challenging to avoid getting lost on the way to the conference room. That aside, the windows actually open for fresh air! There’s also AC with control in each room, as well as a useful little gym. The buffet full English breakfast is good, and many Indian restaurants are a block away.
Only four stars because there was a misunderstanding regarding payment for breakfast that was the fault of two different hotel employees, one of whom became quite rude even as I offered him my credit card. Fortunately, a third employee saved the day. I would definitely stay there again.
Decent room. Amazing shower pressure. High quality tea and coffee in the room. Nice aircon. Decent TV. Comfortable beds. Slow elevators. Cumbersome and lengthy check-in process. Complicated hotel layout. Close to transport. Thin walls.
I wouldn't avoid it but I'd check what other options there are first.
The staff was very kind, and they will store your luggage if you arrive before check in or leave after check out. The hotel is right next to a metro station and cafes, so it was very conveniently located for our overnight stay in London.
The hotel itself was very good: friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable. They advertised a bar and restaurant, but there was no food. The neighborhood was a little questionable.
