My third time to stay at this hotel apartment and to be honest, quality of staffs and all the service are decreased than before COVID.
When I asked for something to front desk, the two staff members looked at each other and let out a mocking laugh through their noses, I'm not sure if it was because of my poor English pronunciation or because I'm not white?Above all, the woman with curly hair behaved in an exceptionally rude and inappropriate manner.
Other than that, I had an overall pleasant stay. The staff member from Nepal as the bellboy was truly wonderful.
