not an apartment.

this was not an apartment. it was only a bedsit and not a very good one at that. an apartment should have a seperate sitting area. this was just a double bed and a chair in one room with a kitchenette area. the bed was very uncomfortable and was up against one wall which had the electric wall sockets right next to the bed. stayed as a couple.

Das Apartment selbst sieht aus wie auf den Fotos, also recht hübsch und auf den ersten Blick auch neu und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Mit mehreren Leuten kann man dort vermutlich gut wohnen. Man muss zunächst, an der Hauptstraße, unter beobachtenden Blicken von Passanten oder Herumstehenden, die Haustür öffnen, Schlüssel ist in einem Kästchen deponiert und mit Code gesichert, dann durch einen schmuddeligen langen Flur gehen, schmale Treppen hoch bis zum Appartement. Durch das schmutzige Fenster blickt man auf heruntergekommene Wohnblöcke, schrottreife Autos. Der Stadtteil ist nicht empfehlenswert, vor allem nicht, wenn man als hellhäutige Frau allein unterwegs ist. Man wird auf der Straße angestarrt, zwei Männer wollten wissen, wo mein Hotel sei, als ich den Busfahrer nach der Haltestelle gefragt hatte. Jedoch nicht, um mir die Lage des Appartements zu erklären. Sie sind einfach weggegangen, nachdem sie mir den Ausdruck mit der Adresse des Hotels aus der Hand gerissen hatten, die ich dem Busfahrer gezeigt hatte, starrten mich vorher nochmals an... (Ich war in Mantel, länger Hose und ungeschminkt unterwegs, nur zur Info ;-) ) Eigentlich bin ich nicht besonders ängstlich, aber ich hätte Angst gehabt, dort im Dunkeln raus zu gehen. Deshalb bin ich sofort wieder abgereist. In einem größeren gepflegten Hotel in viel zentralerer Lage bin ich untergekommen, und dies war nicht mal so viel teurer als das Apartment.

Fully equipped and comfortable

The studio apartments was of a decent size and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Wifi had a very good connection however there is a filter on the Internet. Overall a really nice trip.

Great place and location - reasonable price

Excellent location, quick and easy check-in and check-out. It was a bit noisy with flights taking off but otherwise the place is very good and we had a nice time.
