I had a wedding proposal on Saturday May 24th in that rental location. The host was not picking up his phone . And he hung up on me when I tried to get the location unit. He also double booked me with another booking platform . So no I had no where to go and I came from out the country (US) stranded. If you know canary wharf the network out there is not working or it’s very very slow. So trying to book or save my proposal was not easy. Just a terrible terrible experience. I didn’t even get to see what the unit look like. And on top of that he finally initiated the refund but it was partial. That’s a slap to the face. I might even take legal actions. A big thank you to the concierge at Arena tower for doing what they could do to help even though it was not their situation to deal with.
