Was handy to public transport and had most facilities we needed. Unfortunately it was let down by lack of attention to detail, such as missing kitchen equipment and washing machines. The towels etc were well due for replacement.

Perfect location 20 minutes walk from the Tower of London and 10 minutes from the nearest station (Shadwell). Sainsbury Local just around the corner and Tesco Express 5 minutes away. Clean and tidy and good facilities. It could do with some curtains in the lounge and some lamp shades. One missing item. A tea towel for drying cups etc. Towels are supplied. Why not a Tea Towel? We would definitely stay here again.

Ok stay

Our stay at this property was ok we stayed for a friends birthday weekend. Facilities were standard tv only had freebies channels not smart like explained in the description and WiFi was not working for the duration of the stay but other than that it was fine.

Definitely not Aldgate

I was nervous staying here after reading some of the reviews but I was happy to report no issues with staying, good communication, easy access to the property and a comfortable night. Property has great transport links, close to a bus stop and walking distance to Shadwell DLR & Overground. Would happily stay again

Great stay

Accommodation was excellent value for money. A lot of traffic noise and only 1 pillow each on our bed. However the whole process was great, well communicated with and easy collection of keys and access to building.

Issues with heating sometimes worked. Saw no staff for the 2 weeks, nor had sheet change at all. Washing machine was always on error.No instructions for use of amenities. Very noisy from street. Not value for the price per night.

Annonce trompeuse. Appartement “deluxe”, alors qu’il est situé en rez-de-chaussée avec une vue soit sur des poubelles (sac poubelles, littéralement déchèterie) juste sous la fenêtre, soit sur un immeuble (balcons qui voient tous) soit sur une rue passante jour et nuit. Impossible de laisser les rideaux ouverts : nous avons passé le séjour dans le noir. Les photos ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité et induisent clairement en erreur. L’accès au logement est compliqué, surtout pas pour les débutants. Le formulaire, la caution, passeports, photos Aucune aide du propriétaire, qui se contente de dire que la vue n’est pas garantie, c'est écrit nul part que vous serez pas au rez de chaussée. Je tiens a preciser que les poubelles sont dans une petite cours sous la fenêtre et que les propriétaires peuvent les évacuer mais visiblement ils s'en foutent. C’est inacceptable vu la différence entre l’annonce et la réalité. Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Je ne recommande pas. Sinon bus ligne 15 sous l'appartement. Le seul point positif.

Overall was a great stay

Our stay was lovely apart from the bed was too soft so it wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on with my arthritis. Also the fire alarm waking us up very early (just before 8am) and was in the street cold for nearly an hour as the fire brigade could not stop it as no instructions were in the building for zones and they were failing to reach buildings manager. That was not a nice experience to the end of our stay especially as we have had to rush to catch our train home.

Great but no aircon so way too hot in summer

Clean and convenient but so hot in summer with no aircon. Room is Safe and quiet and kitchen and washer excellent. Just too hot in 31 deg heat. I asked for another fan but ot never arrived.

Really bad experience with this brand, their customer service is horrendous. Firstly they dont reply on their chat and when finally connected their staff feel they are doing a favour on you. I paid for a early check in, and it was rejected because the incompetent staff couldn’t connect with the cleaning team to see if the room is ready, and hence we had to wait in the cold since they want let you in. The lift doesn’t work, which they should compensate or let people know, the bathroom is in a filthy state, they charge a hefty cleaning fee but still expect you to clean and dump the garbage. There is no luggage space, so if you decide to leave your bags, you have to pay to a near by locker, and it’s right its a pure fraud apartment who are there to steal peoples money, will take the deposit immediately too but wont be returned upon check out but only after a week if you are lucky. AVOID IT AT ALL COST.

Would book again as last resort if no where else

The apartment was in good condition. However, TV viewing was disrupted, the remote control battery was not working, and the sofa was too small, uncomfortable, and too low. There is no TV in the bedroom, curtains are needed for privacy in the living room, and milk or basic food is unavailable for guests arriving late. Large deposit requirements are not made obvious until you've paid, and there is a complex process where all guest details and proofs have to be sent. This is feasible if it’s a holiday stay, but it is not convenient for others. WiFi access was not easy to spot. It is not clear when I will get the deposit back, either.

Le logement était propre mais plusieurs choses n'allaient pas : congélateur hors service, 1 rouleau de papier toilette, très bruyant. le logement donne sur la rue, pas de double vitrage. j'ai envoyé un mail dès le 1er jour pour informer de c es dysfonctionnements, je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. pas un appel ! rapport qualité/prix excessif !
