We had a great stay. The staff was great and were able to accommodate a different room when our first room had a dirty bathroom. We enjoyed the AC after long days of walking and exploring. We loved how close it was to everything!

Very good, will stay again. The hotel locates in the middle of farringdon and barbican. Plenty of choices for breakfast. The only one disadvantage is not providing free bottles of water.

Great location- very centrally located but also tucked away where it was quiet and safe. Room was small for 4 people, but frankly was as expected for a hotel in the middle of London. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Especially loved the lattes and chocolate croissants. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we had a great experience.

We are a family of 4 (two kids 5 and 8) and stayed in the family room with four beds, it was basically a row of beds in the room but worked for what we needed. Though the space was tight there was enough hall space for our two large suitcases to open. You get what you pay for and we were most interested in enough beds for four (surprisingly hard to find in London) and AC. Happy to report we have no issues with the AC (especially during some very hot days in London in the 80 degree range). The hotel is an economical option that fits the bill if you don’t plan to spend tons of time in the room or need much luxury. We chose it for all those reasons + the central location made it easy to bus around or walk to east/ west and south bank. It’s an easy and quick walk to Farringdon Elizabeth line which goes to LHR.

Situated just next to the Smithfield market and only about 6-8 minutes from the Farringdon station, thus close to both the Elizabeth line for Heathrow and the train to Gatwick. There are restaurants about 4-5 minutes away, but none close the hotel, thus the area is fairly quiet. By London standards, the room is of a good size, bed is comfortable and the breakfast is quite good

Other than a slight delay at check-in, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was sparkling clean, beautifully appointed, spacious and super quiet! Love the “Tiptoe” signs they had all over the property to remind guests of other guests. The location was perfect - about 20 min to many sites - London Bridge, Shakespeare’a Globe, short Tube ride to Soho / Picadilly, 45 min to Heathrow.

This was an almost perfect location, in walking distance of the train station, St. Paul's Cathedral and a wonderful choice of restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was comfirtable - i think i slept for 9 hours on my first night. A microwave, even if in the lobby/kitchen area would have been convenient. I will be back.

Welcome to Mass-Hospitality. Location: highly convenient. Think: Hyatt pricing with Motel-6 facilities. Super positive: staff is definitely friendly and ready to help and do the job, however, with 600+ rooms, and 1 person for the night shift, well, you do the math. We were welcome by an amazing sight of unclean toilet and stale odor in the bathroom. Staff respondend and changed us to another room, in better conditions, yet not exactly clean.

Air conditioning was poor. It stopped from time to time by itself, causing the room to be very hot for sleep at night. There is no ventilation in the bathroom or the main room, causing the smell in the room very stiff and stale. No cellphone signal in the room, barely in the lobby either. Free internet is very slow, as they ask for additional payment for faster internet. Staff was helpful when coordinating breakfast issues.

The rooms were very small, and I had to ask the staff three days in a row for the room to be cleaned and towels replaced. When the room was finally cleaned, one of the twin beds wasn’t remade, and there was no comforter available, so we had to use thin sheets. The staff was polite, but the service did not meet expectations. The location is convenient about a 6-minute walk from Farringdon tube station.
