Rooms are small but hey you are only there to sleep so didn’t bother us. Has a small shower & toilet plus a tv, location is great and within walking distance of main attractions. The very bad - worse night’s sleep ever, pillows dreadful even doubling up doesn’t help and the noise from traffic outside air con decided to come on at 2am wouldn’t mind if it wasn’t noisy all night long constant noise of what sounds like a cistern filling up and then to top it off cleaners doing rooms just after 7am. If you are only after location this hotel fits but if you want a good sleep definitely avoid this place.

This property is located w/i walking distance of Waterloo station. Our room was small, barely enough for small carry-luggage, let alone walking space. The young staff are very helpful.

Nour at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. While the hotel lacks public restrooms, the rooms were clean although quite tiny with only a small hallway for movement. It's conveniently located near the London Eye, but a bit distant from other attractions; however, there is a train station and bus stop within 500 ft. MAX providing good transportation options.

Heating did not work in February. Bad smell coming from shower drain, which also made loud noises when not in use. People at the front desk were great.

Stayed in Point A's a few times and they have been a cheap option for a stop over in London. This time i had a issue and my suspicions were confirmed that you should think of them as the ' Ryanair' of hotel's. My sink was blocked and over flowed , i even hilariously got the ' we are full tonight' line during a long and fruitless discourse with the staff. Amazingly after some push back they had another room, would be sorted by the time i came back from my evenig etc notes would be left for the next shift etc Of course none of this happened , eventually not one but two rooms seemed to be found. I will be complaining via email so lets see how that goes ...but as with a budget airline , enjoy the price but of your bags go missing or you're delayed for 3 days dont expect any level of help or customer service.

Very convenient for central London and the South Bank…Tube station 25m away…..Lacking in breakfast option, compared to the Point A in Kensington where I stayed in Nov’23, and any seating/lounge area, but otherwise ideal for a short break..!!

I wouldn’t stay here again. My room was extremely small (even for one person). I couldn’t even open my suitcase without it taking up the entire room (no exaggeration). The room wasn’t clean. The duvet cover was disgusting. It was all ripped up and there were red marks all over it, I was grossed out. It is VERY loud,‘so don’t expect much sleep. The outside noise will keep you awake at night. I had to sleep with ear plugs which didn’t even help. The staff is nice and the location is convenient and safe, but that’s the only positive thing about this hotel. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Hotel was in a great location and easy to find but the room was tiny and barely space for 2. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were really poor (thin) and they were not able to provide more than 1 extra.

Horrible experience dealing with the staff and manager who liras to me on several occasions about swapping my stay to another day. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had from a hotel. I clearly made an error when booking and they clearly could help and on two occasions in writing told me they would swap my stay to another date and I could pay on top of it, but treated me very very poorly and just strung me a long. Recommended you avoid and very very poor management on their part. Never had an experience so poor with a hotel before.

Great value for money
Very surprised at how decent this place was. I booked a room without a window as I was only sleeping there. Room is very small but very compact and very clean. I had a double room but I was on my own and it was just perfect for my needs. I came in late every evening and the staff were very pleasant. I was able to get a hot drink from the machine Free of charge. I will definitely be staying here again great value for money

Room is very small however for the location it is great value for price. Steps away from the tube station. No concerns regarding cleanliness. Woke up to construction at 8:30am on our floor which was very noisy.

The staff was great, nice and friendly But it was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. Literally 60 sq ft. (Not exaggerating) There is no room to open 1 luggage, let alone 2, hence why there is no luggage rack. Bathroom is even smaller (also included in the 60 sq feet) Air conditioning didn’t work, and the hotel is down the street from a hospital so depending where your room is located you could be hearing sirens every 20 min throughout the night. There is no coffee machine in the room and the one in the lobby didn’t work during our stay. There is no desk or dresser in your room and the entire room is outfitted with space saving wall panels that resemble a washroom in an airplane, and the door for the shower is the same size as the washroom door on an airplane. if you like to take a shower, go to bathroom and brush your teeth at the same time, this room is for you. When we asked guest services if they have larger rooms, they replied yes but we reserve those for stays over 5 days. The only bonus about this property is that it’s located beside a coffee shop. Also to note there is not enough plugs in the room (just 2),

It was fine. Like an Ibis crossed with an airplane. Do not recommend staying any longer than a single night. Rooms small - but as advertised although no way could you comfortably fit more than 1 person. I understand the concept but main thought is it really needs a proper deep clean (huge thick dust on the air con for example) marks all over the wall. Pillows absolutely awful. If you just need a place to put your head down in private, near a tube station - it's perfect. If using it for a holiday I'd avoid.

Very nice, simple hotel. My room had enough space the 5 nights I was there. Light refreshments are available in lobby, and many restaraunts are around and easy to walk to. Staff was so nice and helpful. Would definately stay again.
