Nice hotel, staff was excellent, easy going and friendly. Room is small but fine for two people besides it’s just for sleeping! A bit noisy, you can hear people walking in the hallway but there was only 3 rooms on our floor. There’s no elevator so prepare to walk up, we were staying on the 4th floor. The room was clean with everything needed. I would stay again. Very close to Hyde Park and to restaurants. Easy walk to Paddington Station.

The hotel had an excellent location, within walking distance of Paddington Station and right next to the beautiful Hyde Park. However, the ventilation could be improved as there were occasionally some unpleasant odors, and the cleanliness did not fully meet expectations. The pillows were also rather hard and not very comfortable. On the positive side, the breakfast was very good with everything one might need, and the staff were friendly and welcoming!

Front staff were nice and welcoming. Nice and quiet area. Rooms clean and inviting. I felt same and relaxed here. Easy short walk to all public transportation. Only con is no lift if you have heavy luggage. Will definitely book here again when in the area.
