ホテルとのメール・電話での連絡が一切つかずチェックインが出来なかった。変更を余儀なくされた。 コロナの影響もありエクスペディアともメールで連絡がつかず、動きようがなかった。

Severely let down

Was supposed to get in at 3 finally got in at 7. A complete disaster and spoilt our first evening. Misleading photo the apartment is not the white building it’s further down the road. Good location if you like being in the thick of a party atmosphere when we finally got in.

Suitable but not great

The apartment was good, but only because it gave us the space we needed as a family with two toddlers. The check in was cumbersome as there is no reception and the owners didn't send checkin instructions. The apartment is on a super cool street with lots of activity and restaurants. Overall, the inside was not very nice and really dated. The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs. We ran out of toilet paper , notified the management, but had to go buy our own due to non-response. Overall, especially for the price, given the opportunity to repeat my trip, I would have chosen another option.
