Location is excellent. Accessible transportation and close to most of places of interests/ to visits. Only thing is shower room which has no curtain or door to prevent water splatters on the bathroom floors. Sraff are very helpful

NO AC. When we were here it was 85-90 all of the days we were here. It was so unbearably hot in the room as well as the whole property. They provided a fan but it was one that blew very little air so we ended up buying another fan. They also came into the room while we were gone every day regardless of the sign on the door to unplug our working fans for some reason so it was extremely hot once again when we got back, and to get us new towels. They also need to put screens on the windows because we had no choice but to sleep with the window open which anyone could easily fit through.

Actually it was a very bad stay at this terrible hotel! What my daughter looked at during booking was another story when we arrived. This hotel almost touched a 2 star hotel . The staff scored 3 out of 10 with honor ,cleaning room was fair but not daily or so ,they stopped delivering complimentary water bottles for the last 5 or 6 days telling the order delayed so we bought from nearby market and for them is so normal !! On top of that and upon our arrival to hotel from airport they gave us a basements king bed room which for sure we didn't pick while booking and asked to pay extra 160 gbp more to move us after 2 days to second floor 2bed room ,non open windows and lot details which recommend other travelers to completely avoid this Hotel . We stayed 12 days and if we had the refund choice we would moved same minute.

No hot water in the shower at night. No hot water in the shower in the morning. Sent an email through website detailing this when I got home - they could not even be bothered to respond.

The room we received was not as pictured. Room looked as if it was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Bedsheet had blood like stains. Floors were stained. Dust within every corner. Unable to open shades due to maintenance. Poor ventilation in restroom which caused excessive moisture throughout the entire room. Decorative pillows on bed had mucus-like stains. Site manager was very apologetic and offered to relieve the situation but we had already booked at the Hilton. His assistance was greatly appreciated but could not make up that we only stayed there for 1 night out of a 4 night booking.

Just awful! The receptionist seemed distracted with something else and was quite rude when we checked in. Our "executive" room was literally behind the reception office. When we entered the room it was tiny, dark and grubby. As we were next to reception we heard every conversation taking place outside. It was dated and in need of refurbishment. The floors were bare wood and every floorboard creaked and squeaked. The blind didn't work, the curtain ties were held on by wire, the bed was so close to the wall we could barely walk around it to get to the other side - there was no way that room was 172sq ft. We had no balcony - a feature of an executive room. The window had a restricted opening so it was quite stuffy. The bathroom was disgusting, there was someone else's make up on the wall, water marks all over the tiles and shower which proved it hadn't been cleaned, the toilet constantly ran, the door handle was hanging on for dear life and the complementary soap dispensers had been removed and the holders were left to chorrode and drill holes were left to go mouldy. Well done to the advertising team, the picture of the light fitting from our room shown on the website was the only attractive feature but even that was broken. We didn't complain at the time as we had nowhere else to stay and other things to do. We decided we only had to sleep there. The pillows didnt make that easy. We will be emailing the management directly with photos of all the issues requesting a refund.

Adequate stay

Good location and friendly staff. We were given a basement room which was ok for an overnight stay, although I’m sure there are better rooms. I would stay here again.
