I am pleased to invite you to my professionally managed self-contained spacious 3-bedroom apartment. Neutrally decorated throughout, this property comprises a good size fully equipped kitchen, wooden flooring, and a space to dine. Three bright bedrooms including lots of storage space, and 2 bathrooms with an overhead shower and a bathtub. The property is immaculately presented with ample storage space and natural light throughout.
The space:
-The apartment is situated on the first floor.
-The open lounge is stylish and cozy, with wooden floors and a dining table, that can be used as a working place during the day.
-There is a beautiful dining space with seats for 5 guests. The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and includes all cooking utensils; pots and pans are supplied.
- The bedrooms are bright and airy with storage space. The master bedroom boasts a cozy king-sized bed, and there is a double bed in the second bedroom, a single bed in the third bedroom. The beds are set with fresh hotel-quality linen.
-The apartment has good air flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter thanks to efficient underfloor heating and air conditioning.
- In the bathrooms, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.
- The property has a dedicated parking space at the entrance to the garden.
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive!

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
I can accommodate late check in after 9pm for a fee of £30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check in at the requested time.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
