Lovely 1 BDR Flat w/Charming Private Terrace
I'm happy to offer you this beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with a private terrace, communal garden, concierge and gym. Excellent transport links (10 min walk to tube station), and great neighbourhood. The apartment is located one step away from the Emirates Stadium (short walk for those who come for events) and Finsbury park. You will find lots of shops and restaurants for your taste. The property is located on the second floor and there is an elevator in the building. WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE.
Comfortable, well decorated, fully furnished with TV (Fire TV w/ Netflix, Amazon TV), wifi, xbox. Has a spacious kitchen and terrace. Modern furnishings, and includes underfloor heating for colder weather.
- Apartment is situated on the second floor.
- There is an elevator in the building.
- The lounge is classic and stylish with storage space, 2 comfortable sofas and TV.
- There is a dining space with seats for 4 guests. Separate modern kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans are supplied.
- Double bedroom is bright and airy with storage space and garden access, the bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen.
- The flat has good air-flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to efficient radiators.
- In the bathroom you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set-up to Hotel standards before you arrive.

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
I can accommodate late check in after 9pm for a fee of £30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check in at the requested time.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
