Sadly, the room didn’t resemble the online pictures. The room was dated and tired looking. The headboards have seen better days and the door/window couldn’t be closed due to a rubber pipe going out. Meant noice from Hyde Park at 10-10.30pm was loud and the children just couldn’t sleep through it. Door lock didn’t work and despite efforts to fix it - it remained broken and we were not offered a move. Good location but wouldn’t recommend. Needs an update for the price being charged.

Lounge acces - not worth it

I booked a room with lounge access - but i had to tell every time i use it - even the first day, i have to pay for drink, while they did not tell what was included. when i tjek out, they ask for money for breakfast - even it was included .... not very nice. The woman in the bar was very nice to me - thank you for making me feel welcome there.
