The place was very beautiful. But the towel radiator in the bathroom was too hot from the start, one of the kids almost burned his hand upon touching it.

Very nice and close to the Tube station. Everything was very clean! The only problem was finding the property when we first arrived, there is no signs, so we had to ask a couple places for directions and location.

The apartment was actually decent. Location was good. Apartment design was modern. TV channels were good. BUT everything else was SO WRONG that I would recommend you to THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS PLACE. When I arrived at the building, the 1st major problem was "elevator was broken". My family had 4 suitcases and they placed me on the 4th Floor without elevator. I felt they should have provided me with an option to cancel under such circumstances. Anyway, I carried one suitcase up 4 floors, opened the door to find that there was a narrow spiral staircase which leads to the living room. I tried but there was no way it would work. After calling the service hotline, they switched me to the 2nd floor. After moving 4 suitcases up 2 flights of stairs, sweating like crazy by the time I was finished, I tried to turn on the Air-Con on the keypads on the wall (31 degrees C it says) only to discover those keypads were frigging thermostats! NO Air-Con! Suddenly I recalled reviews with the same problems: Broken elevator. Apartment to hot inside. Air-Con not working. Honestly, to the unaware traveler from USA or Asian countries, it can be assumed that hotel or hotel apartments, should come with Air-Con. Well at least Expedia should make sure it clearly says "NO AIR-CON" on the website! Shame on you Expedia! Seems like a few travelers feel into the same trap. I proceeded to call customer service and asked if I could cancel. Both hotel and Expedia diverted blame to each other. Morons!

1)It doesn't have an air condition 2)hard to get a hold of assistance 3)the place is very dirty, left a dog container full of dirty water 4)lamps have crayon markers 5)rugs have markers marking 6)hairs on the rug 7)blamed us that we didn't leave on time and that we left the place dirty 8)we left everything tidy and put everything on a trash. The only thing needed to get done was throw the trash in a garbage outside 9)really disappointed as we thought it was a good place base on description. The apt is close by to an underground.
