Really handy for the overground/ tubes, about 5 mins walk to Enfield Town station. Very clean, fridge was restocked every day. Only downside was the water stopped working on the second day, and the breakfast set up is a bit confusing (probably because of how early we got up so not entirely the venues fault)

Average for the price, mattresses are tired and pillows lumpy but bedding clean. Breakfast room is self served with bread in the fridge, hot water urn was cold, not switched on and no kettle instead.

Stop over place

Stayed one night and it was fine. The bed was comfortable and friendly Jermaine assisted when needed. Quiet, clean, and bath was fine too.

Ok for a nights stay.

Firstly the location was ideal. We were attending a friend’s party in Enfield. Easy walk in and easy to park. You won’t see the host at the lodgings. Everything is done via key boxes. There are lots of notes telling you of the rules and fines if you don’t meet them. The building is functional but a bit tired. Bear in mind that if the people ninth room next door hog the bathroom you’ll need to cross your legs or drop down to the next floor 😂. The pictures suggest that there’s continental breakfast included. However apparently at weekends there’s not. This you find out on arrival. It should be clearer in the booking process.

This is a really good price for a room near London. The communal bathroom is clean , but perhaps needs an update. The room was clean and well laid out with a fridge, bottles of water and tea and coffee. A nice touch. I was expecting it to be bad for the price but it was great! Only thing was that I asked for a slightly earlier check in and I didn’t even get a reply to my message.

The room was adequate but daily cleaning did not occur. Over the 5 day stay, garbage was take out twice, used tea cups were replaced once, empty pizza boxes were never removed after the first night. Towels were never changed over the 5 nights and floors were not kept clean, especially under the beds which were covered in dust. The staff reply promptly to text enquiries.

We stayed here for the imagine dragons loom tour which was held at Tottenham hotspur fc. The location was just 0.4 miles walk from the local Enfield Town over ground station and 4 stops on the train from white hart lane. The ground was a very short walk down one street. The accommodation was basic but clean. Couldn’t done with a few more electrical sockets than the extension lead provided in one corner. The room had a fridge and tea coffee facilities. No breakfast provided on a weekend though. There was parking at the front for two cars. The bathroom was shared but opposite our room. Overall for the price of our triple room we would stay again if a concert was in the area. The cleaner was knocking on doors at 9.25 reminding people check out was 10.30. I’m sure I booked late checkout in my original booking but it didn’t appear on the booking and wasn’t required anyway. All in all a great concert and a good experience at Kathleen house.

Stayed in the single room at the front of the house. It’s reasonable value for money without being stunning. Small but comfortable room, a bit battered and faded and clean in the obvious places (but not under or on top of furniture - it’s obviously a high traffic room and needs a deep clean. Polish builders left their room loudly at 5.30am so expect everyone was woken up. The doors have locks that don’t have a quiet way to close them, so lots of slamming. It was an OK visit, I got some sleep, but might try somewhere different next time.

Easy to find and check in is remote. Room feels secure and had plenty of facilities. No breakfast at the weekend, despite me booking it because free breakfast was included. No response to two messages about lost property after checking out.

Check in was so easy.you get a code to grab door key from safe. The room we stayed in was clean. Shower drain needed unblocking as water was draining painfully slowly. Shops are close by and bus stops too.

Room was very small ,room 5 is a no go if you over 5 foot tall. Breakfast is as much toast thats there!! Nothing hot or cooked! No staff for help or welcome. Bad signage to find place. Not clever !!! Shame
